摘 要:采用CFD软件进行仿真实验,研究了确定管径下,不同前后直管段夹角和弯径比对弯管流量计流量与压差之间线性关系及理论误差的影响。研究表明,流量系数随弯径比的变化规律与实验结果相吻合;一定范围内,量程比范围不仅和夹角和弯径比有关,而且受取压孔位置的影响。所以,CFD软件的仿真结果对扩大弯管流量计的量程比范围和提高其精度有一定的指导意义。With CFD simulation software, this paper studied the linear relationship between the flow capacity of an elbow flow-meter and the pressure difference when with same pipe diameter, different angles between the front and back straight section of the pipe and different bend diameter ratios. Factors which influenced theoretical errors will also be researched. In our study, the experiment was accorded with the change law of flow coefficients when the bend diameter ratio is changed. And it showed that in certain sphere, the positions of holes also played some role. Therefore, the result of the simulation experiments of CFD software has a guiding significance for getting a larger measurement range ratio and a higher accuracy.
