摘  要:黄淮海地区2021份大豆品种资源在甘肃敦煌(年降雨量不足50mm)田间进行抗旱性鉴定,从中随机抽取100份具有代表性的品种资源,进行大豆品种资源抗旱性鉴定指标及方法的研究。结果表明:产量、二粒荚数、单株粒数、单株荚数、分枝数和植株高度6个性状受干旱影响较大,表现型相关系数较小,可作为综合评定抗旱性的指标。同时,采用修改的抗旱隶属值法对100份大豆品种资源的抗旱性进行评价分级,其中,一级抗旱材料3份,二级抗旱材料15份,三级中间材料63份,四级干旱较敏感材料18份,五级干旱敏感材料1份,且呈正态分布,符合抗旱性为多基因控制的数量性状的遗传规律。Drought resistance identification of 2021 parts soybean germplasm collected from region of the Yellow River and Huai River was conducted in Dunhuang Gansu and 100 typical parts among them were used to study the drought resistance identifing indicator and the method.The results show that six factors like the yield,two seed pods,per plant grains,branch number and plant height were more seriously influenced by the drought and they had smaller phenotypic correlation index,so they could be used as indicators in drought resistance comprehensive evaluation for soybean germplasms.Later they were evaluated and classfied using modified method of drought resistance subordinating values.The results showed that there were 3 parts marterials of the first class drought resistant,15 parts the second class drought resistant,63 parts of the third middle class,18 parts of the 4th class relative drought sensitive and one part of the 5th class drought sensitive material.The result showed a positive distribution which was agreeable with the genetic law that drought resistance was controlled by the quantity traits of multigenes.
