摘 要:探讨了有机溶剂提取桃叶黄酮生产工艺,采用响应面分析法研究了乙醇浓度、液固比、提取时间对总黄酮得率的影响规律。结果表明,有机溶剂提取桃叶黄酮的最佳工艺为:提取温度为60℃,乙醇体积分数为67%,提取时间为4 h,液固比为22:1(mL/g),在此条件下黄酮得率为3.63%。通过多元回归拟合,所得回归方程可以准确地反映总黄酮得率与乙醇浓度、提取时间和液固比的相互关系,最佳工艺可以用于桃叶黄酮提取的生产指导。The production technology of flavonoids from peach leaves with organic solvent was investigated in this article.The influence of alcohol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the yield of total flavonoids was researched by the response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were an extraction temperature of 60℃,an ethanol concentration of 67%,an extraction time of 4 hours,and a liquid-solid ratio of 22:1(mL/g).The yield of flavonoids under the optimum conditions was 3.63%.The regression equation,which obtained by multiple linear regression,can accurately reflect the correlation of the yield of total flavonoids,ethanol concentration,extraction time and liquid-solid ratio,and the optimum technology can be used as the production instruction of extracting flavonoids from peach leaves.
