摘 要:舞动是输电线路导线覆冰后在风激励下所产生的一种自激振动,极易发生导线疲劳断股、断线、相间闪络跳闸,严重时会导致金具破坏、倒塔等事故发生。基于近期国网公司范围内输电线路的大面积舞动事故,在分析总结2009—2010年冬季输电导线舞动规律、特点,以及线路舞动防治工作现状及存在的问题的基础上,回顾了国内外已开展的舞动分析及防治研究工作,探讨了不同舞动理论研究及相应防舞措施的有效性和局限性,并结合线路特点,给出了输电线路舞动治理工作指导意见,为科学合理地选择防舞技术和措施,规范防舞方案设计方法提供设计参考依据,进一步提高电网抵御自然灾害的能力。The conductor galloping is a self-excited vibration caused by wind excitation to iced transmission line conductors which leads to strand break and wire break due to conductor fatigue and interphase flashover and trip,and even results in hardware fittings damage and tower collapsing and other accidents.On the basis of galloping accidents occurred in large-area within State Grid Corporation of China in 2009-2010,we analyzed and summarized the mechanism of galloping,the new characteristics of galloping and anti-galloping measures,as well as progress of research approach of galloping at home and abroad and other aspects.With the fast development of line construction in China,however,some new characteristics of line galloping were presented.The efficiencies for different anti-galloping measures and limitations were discussed by reviewing the galloping prevention and controlling study that had been put into practice.Finally,the guidance was given to instruct the suitable choice of prevention and controlling technology for galloping,and the further novel idea for research of galloping was given.
