摘  要:目的:探讨草苁蓉提取物对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆影响的机制。方法:Meynert核注射微量Aβ1-40制备动物模型,随机分成:正常组、假手术组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。以Morris水迷宫评价大鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化法观察海马区胶质细胞的活性。结果:模型组额叶胶质细胞活化数量增多,学习记忆能力减退。各治疗组胶质细胞数量较模型组减少,学习记忆能力增强,且以高剂量组最显著。结论:草苁蓉提取物可减少胶质细胞的活化,从而对神经元发挥保护作用,增强学习记忆能力。OBJECTIVE To study the mechanism of action of boschniakia rossica extract for the treatment of Alzheimer dis ease(AD). METHODS AD rat model was established by Microinjection of amyloid-beta protein(Aβ1-40) into the Meynert nu- cleus of rats, then randomly divided into normal group, sham operated group, model group, low-close group, middle-dose group and high-dose group. The learning and memory ability was studied by Morris water maze, the microglial cells vivid in the frontal lobe was determined by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS A great number of microglial cells were activated in the model group with increase of the number, and the learning and memory ability was damaged. In the treatment groups, the number of activated microglial cells decreased as compared with the model group, the learning and memory ability was improved, but the high-dose group was the most significant. CONCLUSION Boschniakia rossica extract can decrease the number of activated microglial cells so as to protect the neurons, improving the learning and memory ability of AD rats.
