摘  要:为了优选出适合盐上油田的防砂方法和相应的工艺参数,在调研已有室内试验研究方法的基础上,设计制造了室内大型出砂模拟试验装置。旨在通过室内物理模拟试验,优选出合理的完井防砂方式。对优选出的防砂管进行不同缝宽参数对比试验,确定出最优的防砂管挡砂参数。结果表明,割缝管产能最高,且结构简洁,容易控制防砂精度,适合适度防砂;填充砾石防砂井比不填充砾石防砂井的井底压力损失小;建议采用Ф139.7mm割缝管、250~300μm缝宽,1200μm砾石填充方式进行防砂作业。Based on the investigation of the existing laboratory experimental methods,the laboratory large-size simulation test device was designed and produced to optimize the sand control method and the corresponding technical parameters suitable for supra-salt oilfields.It was aimed to optimize the reasonable completion sand control method through laboratory physical simulation experiments.A comparative experiment was carried out of the optimized sand control pipes with different slot-width parameters and then the optimal sand retention parameters of the sand control pipe were determined.The result showed that the slotted pipe had the maximum production capacity.It had a simple structure.It made it easy to control the precision of sand control and it was suitable for moderate sand control.The loss of borehole pressure of the sand control well with packing gravels was less than the well without using packing gravels.It was suggested that the 139.7 mm slotted pipe with a 250~300 μm slot width be adopted.
