摘  要:指出汽轮机泄漏损失的存在严重影响叶片级通流效率,刷式汽封作为一种低泄漏密封装置,近些年来广泛应用于汽轮机汽封系统。对30 MW汽轮机中压缸某压力级带隔板刷式密封进行了全三维CFD数值模拟。研究结果表明:刷式汽封漏气间隙对其漏气量和级效率的影响很大。提出在工程应用中,设计和保证合理的漏气间隙对汽封装置减小漏气量提高级效率具有非常重要的意义。It′s acknowledged that the leakage of steam turbine has greatly reduced the blade flow efficiency.Brush seal,as a low-leakage sealing device,has been widely used in the steam turbine sealing system.This paper attempts to find the effect of leakage clearance towards its leakage volume and stage efficiency through a 3-D CFD numerical simulation on the brush seals for the diaphragm of a certain pressure stage in a 30MW steam turbine cylinder.The result of the research shows that the design and warranty of suitable leakage clearance is significant for the reduction of leakage and the improvement of the stage efficiency in application.
