摘  要:日本钢铁企业为了应对铁矿资源劣化的趋势和降低生产成本,近年来不断提高澳大利亚豆矿和马拉曼巴铁矿粉在烧结中的配比。为了在大量提高低价矿配比的情况下生产出优质低渣比烧结矿,提出了MEBIOS技术,并进行了大量实验室基础性研究。本文就MEBIOS的工艺特点,以及关于生球团成分设计、烧结料层透气性与产率影响因素、烧结矿还原性影响因素、生球团在基体烧结料层中置入方式等研究及结果作一介绍,并对MEBIOS技术的可行性、生球团的粒度与强度等进行了讨论。In recent years,the proportioning ratio of Australian Pisolite and Marra Mamba iron ore fines in sintering has been increasing in Japan to cope with the trend of iron ore resource degradation and lower production cost. In order to greatly increase proportioning ratio of low-price iron ores and produce high quality sinter with low slag ratio at the same time, the MEBIOS technology was proposed,and various basic lab researches were carried out. In this paper, the process characteristics of MEBIOS, the studies on design of raw pellet composition, sintering bed permeability and yield influencing factors, sinter reducibility influencing factors and arrangement of green pellet into matrix raw material bed were presented,and the feasibility of MEBIOS technology and raw pellet size and strength were discussed.
