摘　　要：介绍了首钢京唐550m2烧结机成品整粒的工艺特点和应用情况。该厂成品整粒工艺采用的立式结构设计与传统的平面式设计相比,具有占地面积少,投资省,作业率高,运行维护费用低,扬尘少,节能减排,整粒分级好等优点,使用后取得了很好的效果。The characteristics and application of ShouGang JingTang 550 m2 sinter machine product screening process were introduced in this paper. The vertical structure design was adopted for the product screening process, compared with the traditional plane design, it has such advantages as small land coverage, low investment cost, high availability, low operation and maintenance cost,energy conservation and emission reduction and good sizing effect etc., and good effect was obtained after application.
