摘 要:马钢为了综合利用其矿山的含铁尾矿,将其用少量钠基改性剂活化并与膨润土桥联构成改性添加剂。在实验室试验及竖炉投笼试验的基础上,确定了竖炉工业试验所用改性添加剂的配方。红外光谱分析表明,该改性添加剂与膨润土相类似,可以用作铁矿球团的造球粘结剂。使用含铁尾矿改性添加剂的竖炉球团工业试验表明:在原料润磨比例为36%,改性添加剂配比为2.43%的条件下,生球质量与膨润土配比为2.0%时相近;基准期与试验Ⅰ期、试验Ⅱ期竖炉主要操作参数变化不大,成品球物理性能变化较小,试验Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期的成品球品位分别较基准期高0.24和0.13个百分点。在润磨比例相近的条件下,竖炉配加含铁细泥尾矿改性添加剂替代膨润土生产球团是可行的。In order to utilize the iron-bearing taihngs of the mines comprehensively, the tailings are activated with small amount of sodium-based modifier, combined with bentonite and formed into modified additive. Based on lab experiment and shaft furnace test of charging cage-contained pellets, the formula of the modified additive used for industrial test of shaft furnace is determined. The infrared spectroscopic analysis shows that, the modified additive is similar to bentonite, which can be used as pelletizing binder for iron ore pellet. The industrial test of shaft furnace pellet with application of modified additive of iron- bearing railings shows that, under the condition of raw materials with 36% wet grinding percentage and proportion of 2.43% of modified additives, the green ball quality is close to that with proportion of 2% bentonite. During test phase 1 and test phase 2 and reference period, the main operation parameters variations are small, the physical performance variation of product pellet is small, the product pellet grade of test phase 1 and test phase 2 is 0.24% and 0.13% higher respectively than that of reference period. Under the condition of proximate wet grinding percentage, adding modified additives of ion-bearing fine clay railings to replace bentonite in pellet production is feasible.
