摘  要:在烧结烟气氨法脱硫系统中,吸收塔中塔板的阻力对整个系统有着非常重要的影响,且直接影响系统的运行能耗。本文通过建立规流填料床流体力学模型,推导了规流填料床阻力的理论计算关联式,并与工程实测值进行了对比分析,证明了理论计算的可靠性,为工程设计和优化提供了理论依据。In the FGD system of sintering flue gas ammonia process, the resistance of tower plate in the absorbing tower has a great effect on the whole system and directly affects the system operation energy consumption. In this article, we built the hydromechanics model of regulated fluidization packed bed and deduced the correlation equation of the regulated fluidization packed bed resistance theoretically, it was compared and analyzed with the actual measured value, the reliability of theoretical calculation was proved, which gives a theoretical basis for engineering design and optimization.
