摘 要:为了有效去除造纸白水中的阴离子垃圾,提高造纸白水的回用性,制备了壳聚糖微球,并利用戊二醛进行交联改性,对壳聚糖微球及其交联物在不同pH值和盐浓度下吸附聚半乳糖醛酸的行为进行了研究.结果表明:戊二醛与壳聚糖微球的交联反应很好地符合准二级动力学过程;在酸性及中性条件下,壳聚糖微球及其交联物对聚半乳糖醛酸具有较好的吸附性能;在同一pH值下,交联壳聚糖微球比壳聚糖微球具有更佳的吸附性能;随着氯化钠浓度的增加,壳聚糖微球及其交联物对聚半乳糖醛酸的吸附量迅速降低;在同一氯化钠浓度下,交联壳聚糖微球的吸附量比壳聚糖微球的大.In order to effectively remove the anionic trashes from papermaking whitewater and to improve the recycling of the whitewater,chitosan beads were prepared and were modified by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde.Then,the raw and the crosslinked chitosan beads were used to adsorb poly-galacturonic acid,and the effects of pH value and salt concentration on the adsorption were analyzed.The results show that the crosslinking of chitosan beads with glutaraldehyde follows the pseudo-second-order kinetics well,that both the raw and the crosslinked chitosan beads possess high adsorption capabilities for polygalacturonic acid in neutral and acidic conditions,that the adsorption capability of the crosslinked chitosan beads is higher than that of the raw beads at the same pH value,that the adsorption quantities of poly-galacturonic acid by the raw and the crosslinked chitosan beads both rapidly decrease with the increase of sodium chloride concentration,and that,at the same sodium chloride concentration,the adsorption quantity of poly-galacturonic acid by the crosslinked chitosan beads is higher than that by the raw beads.
