摘　　要：随着中华古籍保护计划的启动,古籍保护人才的培养日益受到关注。笔者近年来多次参加古籍保护培训班的学习,结合培训实践并做了相关文献调查,总结出古籍人才培养的紧迫性和重要性及古籍人才培养中存在的细节问题,并提出相应解决对策,为今后古籍人才培养提供参考。With the start of the plan of the ancient protecting,training talents to protect ancient books has become a focus issue.The author attended the training classes of the ancient protection in recent years.Through the practice of the training and the survey of the literatures on related studies,the author elaborates the importance and the urgency of cultivating ancient talents and its existing problems.Finally,he summarizes four main training modes to provide references for training ancient talents.
