摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉夹层(AD)的急诊救治及护理经验。方法选择2000年1月至2008年12月我科收治的AD患者55例,给予急诊救治及护理。结果 55例患者中,47例(85.5%)好转出院,其中行介入治疗5例(9.1%),住院期间死亡8例(14.5%),均无护理并发症。结论及时诊断和有效治疗可显著改善AD患者的预后,细致入微的护理是治疗成功的保证。Objective To discuss the experience of the emergency management and nursing of patients with acute aortic dissection.Methods Analyse the treatment and nursing experience of 55 patients with acute aortic dissection diagnosised in our hospital between January 2000 to December 2008.Results In these 55 patients,47 patients（85.5%）were salvaged successfully,5 patients（9.1%）were given interventional treatment,8 patients（14.5%）died in hospital,there were none nursing complication.Conclusion Prompt diagnosis and effective management could apparently improve prognosis of patients with aortic dissection,while nursing the patients carefully is also very important to those patients.
