甜菊糖甙在断奶仔猪中的应用研究

摘　　要：试验选用216头21 d杜长大断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,饲喂基础日粮和添加0、70、100 g/t和200 g/t甜菊糖甙的日粮,研究其对仔猪生产性能、饲料消化率和健康状况的影响。试验期为30 d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加甜菊糖甙可显著提高断奶仔猪的日采食量、日增重和偏嗜指数(P<0.05),而各添加水平间差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)100 g/t甜菊糖甙组仔猪腹泻指数较对照组和70 g/t组显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)100 g/t和200 g/t组能量、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷表观利用率较对照组有升高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑到生产成本,本试验条件下甜菊糖甙在断奶仔猪日粮中的适宜添加量为100 g/t。Two hundred and sixteen piglet （DuroexLandraeexYorkshire） weaned on 21 days and were randomly divided into four groups,and fed basic diet supplemented with 0,70,100 g/t and 200 g/t stevioside respectively.Growth performance, nutrients utilization and health status were detected.The experiment period was 30 days.The results showed that： （ 1 ）The feed intake, prefer index and average daily weight gain in weaned piglets fed treatment diets were increased compared with piglets fed basic diet （P 〈 0.05）. （2）The diarrhea intensity of piglets fed diet with 100 g/t was significandy higher than that of piglets fed diet with 70 g/t and basic diet （P 〈 0.05）. （3）The utilization of energy, crude protein, ether extract,calcium and phosphorus of piglets fed diet with 100 g/t and 200 g/t of stevioside showed increasing tendency compared with that of piglets fed basic diet（P 〉 0.05）.Referring to the feed cost,it was concluded that the optimal level of stevioside in diet of weaned piglets was 100 g/t.
