摘 要:研究了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)的牌号及用量、增塑剂用量对PVC/CM热塑性弹性体性能的影响。试验结果表明:①PVC与CM5236用量比为100:10、DOP用量为80份时,PVC/CM热塑性弹性体的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度町以达到12MPa,断裂伸长率可达到400%-500%,而硬度则保持在65(邵氏A)左右;②高聚合度的PVC可以提高PVC/CM热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及耐低温性能,但是聚合度过高会使PVC/CM热塑性弹性体的硬度上升,所以PVC聚合度应控制在1000-2000;③随着CM用量的增加,PVC/CM热塑性弹性体的耐低温性能变好;④少量粉末丁腈橡胶(P83)的加入可以提高PVC/CM的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,并改善其耐低温性能。Brands and dodge of chlorinated polyethylene rubbers(CM) and dosages of plasticizers on properties of PVC/CM thermoplastic elastomers were studied. Experiments results show that: (1) when the mass ratio of PVC to CM5236 is 100 : 10, and the dosage of DOP is 80 parts, PVC/CM thermo- plastic elastomer can obtain the best mechanical property with tensile strength 12 MPa and elongation at break 400% - 500%, while its hardness maintaining about 65 (Shao A) ; (2) PVC with high polymerization degree can improve the tensile strength, elongation at break and low temperature re- sistance of PVC/CM thermoplastic elastomer, but excessive high polymerization degree can cause the increase of hardness of PVC/CM thermoplastic elastomer, so the polymerization degree of PVC should be controlled at 1 000 - 2 000; (3) with the increase of CM dosage, the low temperature re- sistance of PVC/CM thermoplastic elastomer becomes better; (4) the adding of small amount of powdered butadicne-acrylonitrilc rubber (P83) can increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC/CM thermoplastic clastomcr, and improve its low temperature resistance.
