摘 要:在不对样品进行萃取分离等前处理的条件下,利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)示差(RI)-紫外(UV)双检测器连用测定医用PVC粒料中增塑剂的种类及含量。通过RI检测器可以确定粒料中PVC树脂、增塑剂环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬酯(DINCH)和环氧大豆油(ESO)的质量分数约分别为70.1%,22.6%和7.3%;通过UV检测器可确定由于含量低而不能用RI检测器测定的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂DEHP的质量分数为0.2%。本方法避免了溶剂消耗量大、操作复杂且误差大的前处理过程,分析速度快,结果准确。Without extraction process, the kinds and contents of plasticizers in a medical PVC sample were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) with refractive index (RI) and ultraviolet (UV) detectors. The contents of PVC resin and two kinds of plasticizers [i. e. di (isononyl) cyclohexane- 1, 2 - dicarboxylate (DINCH) and epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) ]in the PVC sample determined by the RI detector were about 70 wt%, 22.6 wt% and 7.3 wt%, respectively; while the content of di (2 - ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which could not be detected by RI detector due to its low content, determined by UV detector was 0.2 wt%. By this method, the composition of the medical PVC sample was determined accurately and rapidly without the pretreatment process of sample, which was complicated to operate and would consume a large amount of solvent and bring bigger errors.
