摘　　要：介绍了目前我国电石法PVC湿法乙炔发生器及配套设施的使用状况,详细分析了乙炔发生系统常见异常现象(如溢流堵塞、排渣不畅、加料斗不下料等)及必要的安全保障措施,并提出了解决办法及建议。The current service states of acetylene generators by wet process and their supporting faciliies for the production of PVC in our country were introduced. The abnormal phenomena fre- quently found in acetylene production system, such as the blockage of overflow, unsmooth discharge and discharge blocking in charging buckets, were analyzed in detail as well as the safe guarantee measures. The solutions and suggstions were given.
