橘核丸对少弱精子症患者睾丸功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察橘核丸对少弱精子症患者精子质量及睾丸功能的影响。方法:选择122例符合诊断标准的已婚男性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用橘核丸、对照组服用五子衍宗丸。以彩超、彩色精子质量分析、一步酶免法检测治疗前后精液质量、睾丸大小形态、血清性激素水平。结果:治疗后2组双侧睾丸体积均有不同程度增大,治疗组双侧与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),对照组左侧与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.94%,对照组为76.67%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组精子密度、精子活力、精子活率均明显提高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)等指标均明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组治疗后仅LH与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:橘核丸能改善睾丸功能而对少弱精子症患者起到治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Juhe Pill on sperm quality and testicular function in patients with oligospermatism and asthenospermia. Methods. One hundred and twenty-two married male patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received Juhe Pill and the control group received Wuzi Yanzong Pill. Seminal quality, testis size and serum levels of sexual hormones were detected before and after treatment by color Doppler ultrasonography, color semen analysis system and one-step enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, respectively. Results： Testis size of both groups was increased to some extent. The size of bilateral testes in the treatment group differed from that before treatment （P 〈 0.01）. So did the left testis in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 91.94% in the treatment group, and was 76.67% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The density, vitality and motility rate of sperm were increased after treatment in both groups （P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）. The serum levels of luteinizing hormone（LH）, estradiol（E2）, prolactin （PRL）, and testosterone（T）were improved significantly in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. While only the level of LH was improved in the control group（P 〈 0.05 compared with that before treatment）. Conclusion： Juhe pill has certain effect on oligospermatism and asthenospermia by improving testicular function.
