小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散对哮喘大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-4、ECP表达影响的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:目的:研究小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散对哮喘的疗效及作用的机制。方法:将90只大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、西药组、喘咳液大、中、小剂量组与合方大、中、小剂量组9个组,每组10只,进行哮喘气道重塑模型制备,分别用采用不同的干预方案,观察各组大鼠症状及血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清IFN-γ水平明显下降,IL-4、ECP水平明显上升,IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显下降,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,西药组、喘咳液各剂量组及合方各剂量组IFN-γ水平明显上升,IL-4、部分组别ECP水平下降,IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显上升,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散抑制气道炎症的直接作用机制为调整失衡Th1/Th2类细胞因子的比值,降低血清ECP水平。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Oral Liquid for Children Asthma and Cough combined with Fructus Xanthii Powder for asthma, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: One hundred 'and thirty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into nine groups: blank group, model group, western medicine group, and low moderate and high-dosage Oral Liquid groups and corqbination groups, 15 rats in each group. After establishing asthma models with airway remodeling, we gave the Corresponding intervention according to the experimental design. The levels of serum interferon gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4), and eosinophils cationic protein (ECP) were examined, and the relief of symptoms was observed. Results: The level of serum IFN-γ in the model group was decreased, IL-4 and ECP was increased, and IFN -γ/IL-4 ratio was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 compared with those in the blank group). Serum IFN-γ level in the western medicine group, Oral Liquid groups and the combination groups were increased, IL-4 and ECP were decreased, and IFN -γ/IL-4 ratio was significantly increased(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with those in the model group). Conclusion: The anti-airway inflammation mechanism of Oral Liquid for Children Asthma and Cough combined with Fructus Xanthii Powder is probable related with the regulation of the Th1/Th2 ratio, and with the reduction of serum ECP level.
