摘  要:基于铝产品生命周期评价,应用碳足迹方法对中国铝行业能源消耗和气体排放进行研究.分析比较了 2000—2009年中国铝行业碳足迹及相对世界总体状况变化趋势。研究表明,在铝产品完整生命周期过程中,每吨原生铝产品的碳足迹为9.3l hm^2,其中初级生产过程碳足迹为7.69 hm^2,约古总碳足迹的83%,尤以电力所致碳足迹份额相对更为显著。近10 a中国铝行业碳足迹从2000年的2.60×10~7hm^2增加到2009年的1.21×10m hm^2,且对世界铝行业碳足迹比例逐年增大,成为中国铝行业发展劣势。在此基础上,提出一些碳减排措施。Chinese primary aluminum production and consumption have always been at the forefront of the world, and the relative proportion has increased year by year. However, aluminum production process is energy-intensive, which consumes large amounts of energy and emits a lot of greenhouse gases, making aluminum industry face severe environmental challenge. Climate change is the main environmental issue for the aluminum industry. As the world moves to combat climate change, the aluminum industry is moving too. Energy consumption and gas emissions of Chinese aluminum industry are analyzed using carbon footprint tool from a .carbon reduction perspective in this paper, based on life cycle assessment (LCA). More over, carbon footprint of Chinese and world' s aluminum industry during the period of 2000- 2009 are compared. The results show that carbon footprint of per ton of aluminum product in the full life cycle is 9.31 hm^2. However, footprint of primary production is 7.69 hm^2, accounting for the proportion of 83 % , which is mainly caused by electrical power use. That is to say, reducing carbon footprint of electrolytic aluminum, especially electrical power use, is the key to reduce carbon footprint of aluminum industry. What' s more, carbon footprint of Chinese aluminum industry in the past decade has expanded from 2.60 × 10^7 hm^2 in 2000 to 1.21 × 10^8 hm^2 in 2009 while carbon footprint of world' s aluminum industry has expanded from 1.97 × 10^8 hm^2 in 2000 to 2.18 × 10^8 hm^2 in 2009. Compared with the slow growth of world' s aluminum industry carbon footprint, the relative Chinese aluminum industry carbon footprint development has increased significantly year after year, which means Chinese aluminum industry develop unsustainable. Based on the research above, some carbon emission reduction measures, such as positive policy and energy-save technology, are proposed in this paper, which have certain significance for sustainable development of Chinese aluminum industry.
