摘　　要：针对三合一盐酸合成炉运行中存在的原料气含水量高、氯气灯头使用寿命短、电子点火枪系统故障频繁及管线腐蚀等问题进行了优化改造,并分析了改造后的运行效果。In view of the problems, including the high water content of raw materials gases, the short service life of chlorine burner, the frequent failure of electronic ignition gun system and the corrosion of pipelines, during the running of triad hydrochloric acid synthetic furnace, improvements were made. And the running effects after improvement were analyzed.
