摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,也是终末期肾衰的元凶,其发病机制至今尚未阐明。因此,建立理想的实验动物模型是研究糖尿病肾病发病机制、疾病防治、新药开发的关键环节。本文回顾并分析了有关该疾病模型的国内外文献,从造模方法、发病机制、病理改变、适用条件、模型的优缺点等方面进行比较分析,为选择合适的动物模型应用于糖尿病肾病的研究提供参考。Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is one of the main complications of diabetes,it has become the leading cause of end stage renal failure,the pathogenesis of DN has not been completely clarified so far.Thus,it is important to establish ideal animal models of DN for pathogenesis investigation,generating treatment strategy,new drugs research and development,et al.Thus,we reviewed diabetic nephropathy models,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the models from some aspects,such as modeling methods,pathogenesis,pathological changes and conditions of application.The new clues can be provided to apply appropriate animal models for research of diabetic nephropathy.
