慢性前列腺炎伴勃起功能障碍的分析与治疗

摘　　要：目的:分析和总结治疗慢性前列腺炎伴勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法:对105例慢性前列腺炎伴勃起功能障碍患者进行综合治疗前后进行慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分与勃起功能国际指数(IIEF-5)评分。结果:105例慢性前列腺炎治疗有效率80.0%,勃起功能障碍的有效率74.28%,治疗前后NIH-CPSI和IIEF-5评分均有显著改善(P均<0.01)。结论:对慢性前列腺炎伴勃起功能障碍需进行综合治疗,而家庭治疗和心理疏导是提高疗效的重要一环。Objectives：Analyze and summarize the treatment of chronic prostatitis with the clinical effects of erectile dysfunction.Methods：105 cases of chronic prostatitis patients with erectile dysfunction after combined treatment of chronic prostate symptom index（N1H-CPS1） score and International Index of Erectile Function（11EF-5） score.Results：105 cases of chronic prostatitis treatment efficiency 80.0%,erectile dysfunction treatment efficiency of 74.28%.Before and after treatment N1H-CPS1 and 11EF-5 score improved significantly,（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction needs comprehensive treatment,family therapy and psychological needs is an important part of improving efficacy.
