摘　　要：回顾性分析了2例宫内节育环异位患者的资料,指出导致宫内节育环异位的原因可能与置入技术、指征的掌握有关,并提出了有关预防措施。A retrospective study was performed to analyze the clinical data of two cases of ectopic IUD.The result suggests that ectopic IUD,or uterus perforation in severe cases,might be related to placement technique,indication understanding and other factors.Some prevention measures are also proposed in the study.
