摘　　要：目的 探讨浅低温体外循环心脏跳动下房间隔缺损修补术的优点.方法 回顾性分析92例房间隔缺损患者在浅低温体外循环心脏跳动下行手术修补的临床资料.结果 全组无死亡,并发脑气栓1例,3 d后神志恢复;肺炎2例.结论 浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳修补房间隔缺损,对内环境影响小,术后并发症少,可作为该术式首选.Objective To explore the advantage of mild hypothermia and beating heart bypass in patch therapy for atrial septal defect. Methods 92 patients with atrial septal defect were carried out surgical repairing by mild hypothermia and beating heart bypass. Results There was no death. There was 1 case complicated by cerebral air embolism;The consciousness recovered after 3 days of operation. There were 2 cases of pneumonia. Conclusion The patch therapy of mild hypothermia and beating heart bypass for atrial septal defect had small influence on internal environmental,fewer complications,and could be easy to carry out,and could be the first choice.
