世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表中文版在美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者中应用的信效度验证

摘　　要：目的:验证中文版世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表(The World Health O rganization’s Quality of LifeQuestionnaire-B rief Version,WHOQOL-BREF)在美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者中使用的信度和效度。方法:选择武汉市第一健康门诊的188例美沙酮维持治疗患者完成WHOQOL-BREF、生命质量量表和Zung氏抑郁自评量表,间隔1周后对其中50例患者进行WHOQOL-BREF重测。采用信度分析和相关分析评价量表的信度和效度。结果:WHOQOL-BREF 4个领域的Cronbachα系数为0.777-0.838,1周后重测信度为0.836-0.916(P<0.01),与生命质量量表的校标关联效度系数为0.640-0.810(P<0.01)。结论:中文版WHOQOL-BREF在美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者中使用具有较好的信度和效度。Objective：To validate the reliability and validity of Chinese edition of the World Health Organization＇s Quality of Life Questionnaire-Brief Version（WHOQOL-BREF） for outpatients on methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）.Methods： One hundred and eighty-eight MMT outpatients from Wuhan City First Health Clinic were assessed with WHOQOL-BREF,Quality of Life Scale（QOLS） and Zung＇s Self-Rating Depression Scale.Among them,50 outpatients were re-assessed with WHOQOL-BREF one week later.Reliability analysis and pearson correlation analysis were used to determine the reliability and validity.Results： The Cronbach α coefficients of four WHOQOL-BREF domains were between 0.777 and 0.838,the re-test reliability coefficients were 0.836-0.916（P〈0.01）,the criterion related validity with QOLS score were 0.640-0.810（P〈0.01）,respectively.Conclusion： WHOQOL-BREF has good reliability and validity for MMT outpatients.
