RP-HPLC测定松龄血脉康胶囊中莽草酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用RP-HPLC测定松龄血脉康胶囊中莽草酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1%磷酸水溶液(3∶97),检测波长214 nm,流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温25℃。结果:莽草酸在0.4～8.0μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.87%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为松龄血脉康胶囊的质量控制提供参考。Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of shikimic acid in Songling Xuemaikang capsules.Method：The separation was performed on a Venusil XBP-C18 column（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） and detected at 214 nm at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 using methanol-1% phosphoric acid （3：97） as the mobile phase.Column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result：The good linear relation was showed in the ranges of 0.4-8.0 μg（r = 0.999 8） for shikimic acid.The recovery was 98.87%.Conclusion：The method had been successfully applied to determine shikimic acid in Songling Xuemaikang capsules.It can be used for quality control of Songling Xuemaikang capsules.
