摘　　要：对采用浸苗法获得的变异后代， 进行了叶绿素、糖、蛋白质、维生素 Ｃ及株高、叶面积、生育期等的测定， 试验表明： 该方法对株高、叶面积、生育期等性状的影响较为明显。Be aimed at cultivating disease-resistant Varieties.In this experiment,seedling soaking were used to study the way of exogenous DNA introduction into flue-cured tobacco with Cv87as the donor and Nc89 as the receptor.By means of phenotype,disease-resistance and isozyme test,selecting diseased-resistant variation materials.The result showed that exogenous DNA introduction could effectively transfer the haracter of plant heightplant typeleaf areagrowth period and disease resistance,meanwhile obtained higher transformation ratio(7.10%).Its operation rule was simple,and it was proved an effective method.
