摘　　要：用硫酸铵分级盐析， 透析除盐及 Ｄ Ｅ Ａ Ｅ—纤维素、 Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ Ａ－ ２５ 和 Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ Ｇ－ ５０ 三种柱层析方法从蚯蚓组织提取液中分离纯化一种单一组分的纤溶酶。A fibrinolytic enzyme was isolated and purified from the crude extract of the earthworm tissue by the use of ammonium sulfate, pentration membrane fractionation and column chromatongraphy successively with DEAE-cellulose, DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and sephadex G-50 columns.
