摘 要:针对胜利油田注聚区油水井近井存在聚合物堵塞、提液引效无法实施等问题,研制了FS系列高效环保聚合物解堵剂和引发剂,解堵剂现场应用含量为2%~5%,引发剂现场应用含量为2%~2.5%。同时为防止聚合物及其衍生物在近井吸附,延长注聚区油水井的解堵有效期,开发出FA型注聚区油水井保护剂。该解堵剂和保护剂现场累计应用32井次,实施效果良好。油井解堵后挤注压力平均下降4 MPa,油井解堵后平均液量由解堵前的27.20 t提高到40.43 t,平均油量由1.01t提高到3.89 t,增幅分别达40%和80%。To resolve the problems of polymer blocking near oil wells at polymer injection area in Shengli Oilfield and difficultly raising liquid, the FS series block removing agents and initiator were developed. The block removing agents are high effective and environment - friendly polymers. The contents of the block removing agent and initiator were 2% -5% and 2.0% -2.5% seperately in field application. To prevent the polymer and its derivatives from absorbing near well and extend the application period of the block removing agent in the polymer injection oil wells, the FA - type anti - adsorbing agents were developed. The above mentioned agents can be used 32 times on the spot and have good effects. After removal of block in the oil wells, the injection pressure decreased by 4 MPa averagely. The average production of liquid and oil increased separately from 27.20 to 40.43 tons and from 1.01 to 3.89 tons, with the growth rates 40% and 80% respectively.
