摘 要:针对大庆油田海拉尔盆地贝301作业区油藏压力低,注水井洗井过程中易出现油层倒灌的问题,室内研究开发了自生泡沫洗井液体系,并对其性能进行了评价。确定该体系的配方为:生气剂A 300~400 g/L+AOS(α-烯基磺酸盐)1.5 g/L+KYPAM(疏水高分子聚合物)1.8 g/L。应用结果表明,自生泡沫洗井液体系泡沫质量好,稳定性强,与油田水配伍性好。此项研究为注水井洗井提供了一种新的技术和方法,拓宽了自生泡沫的应用领域。研究成果具有实际应用价值和参考价值。An autogenetic foam washing system was developed to resolve the problem of adverse flooding during washing with water because of the low reservoir pressure of Daqing Oilfield Bei 301 operational zone in Haila'er basin and its properties were evaluated. The optimum formula of the system was determined as follows : 300 -400 g/L blowing agent A + 1.5 g/L AOS( α - olefine sulfonate) + 1.8 g/L KYPAM(hydrophobic polymer). The application results show that the autogenetic foam washing system has good foam quality and stability and also has good compatibility with oilfield water. This study can provide a new technology and method for injection well washing and expand the range of application of autogenetic foam, and it has practical value and reference value.
