摘  要:研究了杨树冰核细菌溃疡病寄主茎、皮孔的结构与抗性的关系,及气孔的开闭与病菌的关系,结果表明:抗病品种茎的导管腔小,数量多:抗病品种1年生枝条的皮孔小、数量多、角质层厚、补充组织外层细胞壁较厚、且与皮层交界处有木栓层细胞:1、2年生枝条的皮孔虽然大小基本相同、但2年生枝条皮孔在新旧补充组织间有一层加厚的细胞;病原菌对寄主气孔的开闭有诱导作用。The relation between stem. structure of lenticels of host and resistance. and the relation between theopening and closing of stomas were studied. Results show that vessel cavities of the resistant varieties aresmall and more in quantity. Lenticels are smaller with thicker cuticle and more in quantity in the twigs ofthe resistant one-year-old varieties. and also which wall of outside layer cells are thicker. There are phellemcells between complementary tissue and cortex. The two-year-old lenticels are similar to the one-year-oldones in size. The difference is that there is a layer of thickening cells between the new and old complementary tissues. Pathogens have certain inducing effects on the opening and closing of stomas.
