摘　　要：火电厂是资金密集型和技术密集型企业,火电工程建设要求高,难度大。火电工程实行工程总承包,可以充分发挥总承包企业的设计、采购、施工等的协同管理优势,最大限度满足业主的需求。文章结合梅山电厂EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)项目管理实践,分析了火电工程总承包的项目管理策略,阐述了总承包项目管理的重点和主要管理内容,为提高项目管理水平和总承包商的市场竞争能力提供参考。Coal-fired power plants are resource-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises.Construction of a coal-fired power project involves high requirements and difficulties.For general contracting of such projects,the general contractor can bring into full play of the advantages of coordinated management of engineering,procurement,and construction,and satisfy the owner＇s demands to the maximum extent.Based on the management practice of Meishan Power Plant EPC（Engineering,Procurement,Construction） Project,this paper analyzes the project management strategy for general contracting of coal-fired power plants,and describes the key management points and main contents for general contracting project,thereby providing a reference for improvement of project management level and the market competitiveness of the general contractor.
