摘  要:钢管塔采用K型节点连接时,支管的水平分力所形成的力偶会引起主管局部屈曲。通过建立钢管塔K型节点有限元计算模型,计算分析了不同单臂长度对无加强环板、1/4环形加强板、1/2环形加强板和全圆环形加强板情况下的K型节点局部极限承载力的影响,并对部分K型节点模型进行了承载力试验。结果表明:剪力越大,K型节点局部承载力越低,剪力对K型节点局部承载力影响越明显;无加强环板的极限承载力很小,其剪力小,对主管的局部屈曲影响小;环形加强板单极限承载力大,其剪力大,对主管的局部屈曲影响大。For a steel tubular tower,when K-joint is used for connection,the couple generated by horizontal component of branch tube will cause local buckling of the main tube.Based on a FEM model of the steel tubular K-joint,the impacts of different arm length on the bearing capacities of unstiffened ring plate,1/4 ring stiffener,1/2 ring and annular ring stiffener are analyzed and compared with the bearing capacity test data.The results indicate that the higher the shear force is,the lower the local bearing capacity of the K joint,which shows that the shearing force has significant impact on the local bearing capacity of K joint;the ultimate bearing capacity of non-enhanced ring plate is low,so the shear force is small and has little influence on local buckling of main tubes;whereas the ring stiffener's bearing capacity is high,and the shear force has larger influence on the local buckling of the main tube.
