摘　　要：本文从军事医学发展战略、卫勤体制和力量的改革调整、战场伤病救治、非战争军事行动医学救援、核化生医学防护、传染病防控、军事作业医学7个方面评述世界军事医学发展的主要进展与趋势。This paper reviews the main trends of development military medicine worldwide in terms of military medicine development strategies,the reform of health service organizations and strength,wartime battle injury,disease and non-battle injury treatment,medical relief in military operations other than war（MOOTW）,protective medicine against nuclear,chemical and biological weapons,epidemic prevention and control and military operational medicine.
