摘 要:目前疫苗技术迅速发展,已有多种疫苗用于传染病的预防,对控制传染病的传播起到了重要作用。2008年2月,卫生部宣布国家免疫规划病种扩至15种,相应疫苗也纳入免疫规划。疫苗接种后产生的保护性免疫应答使机体免受相应病原体感染,因此,依托免疫应答检测技术,利用各病种病原微生物的保护性抗原对疫苗的接种效果、免疫后的抗体水平进行评价具有重要的现实意义。本文综述了我国15种免疫规划病种病原体保护性抗原的研究进展。With the rapid development of vaccine technology,more and more vaccines have already been used for preventing infectious diseases,playing an important role in controlling the spread of infectious diseases.In February 2008,the Ministry of Health announced that China′s national immunization program had expanded to 15 diseases,corresponding vaccines were also included.Protective immune response which is produced by vaccination can prevent organisms from the infection by corresponding pathogens.Therefore,based on the immune response detection technology,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the vaccine inoculation effect and the antibody levels after immunization using protective antigens of these pathogenic microorganisms.In this paper,the research progress in protective antigens of 15 pathogenic microorganisms with in the national immunization program has been reviewed.
