摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理在内科中的实施及效果评价,旨在提高患者满意度。方法研究对象为2009年1月~2010年1月在内科病区进行治疗的164例患者,按照护理方式分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察并比较两组的护理效果。结果进行护理干预后,干预组的总体满意度(非常满意+满意)为88.57%(31/35),远高于对照组的76.47%(26/34)。两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内科病区实施人性化护理服务有利于提高患者满意度、护理服务质量及护士的综合素质。Objective To explore the nursing in the internal implementation of humanization and effect evaluation to improve patient satisfaction.Methods January 2009~2010,our medical ward in January of 64 patients treated in accordance with the way into the observation and nursing observation group and control group and the control group,to human care routine care,observe and compare the two groups of nursing effect.Results After the intervention group nursing intervention,the overall satisfaction(very satisfied with 88.57%(+),31/35),far higher than the control group 76.47%(26/34) the differences between the two groups are statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Medical ward to improve nursing service implementation of humanistic quality of nursing service patient satisfaction,and the nurse's comprehensive quality.
