复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的临床效果。方法将389例自愿要求终止妊娠(孕期≤12周),心、肺、肝、肾功能正常,无使用前列腺素禁忌证的早孕妇女随机分为复方组和非复方组,复方组197例,早晨空腹服复方米非司酮片1片(每片含米非司酮30mg,双炔失碳酯5mg),连服2天(总量为米非司酮60mg,双炔失碳酯10mg);非复方组192例,早晨空腹服米非司酮片2片,12h后加服1片,连服二天(总量为米非司酮150mg),两组均于48h后顿服米索前列醇600ug。结果两组流产成功率分别为97.46(192/197)、96.88(186/192),完全流产率为90.86(179/197)、89.58(172/192);结论复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇能安全有效地终止早孕,疗效好,具有米非司酮用量少,服用方便,流产后出血量少,出血时间短,经济实惠等优点,值得基层服务站所推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy effects.Methods 389 cases of voluntary to terminate pregnancy（gestation ≤ 12 weeks）,heart,lung,liver,kidney function was normal,no use prostaglandin contraindications of early pregnant women were randomly divided into compound group and the non-compound group,compound group of 197 patients in the morning empty stomach one compound mifepristone tablets（each containing 30 mifepristone,double Anordrin 5）,with service to 2 days（total of 60 mifepristone,double Anordrin 10）;non-compound group of 192 cases,fasting morning mifepristone tablets 2,12h service a plus Even the service two days（total of 150 mifepristone）,the two groups at 48h post-Dayton misoprostol 600ug.Results There were 97.46 success rate of abortion（192/197）,96.88（186/192）,complete abortion rate was 90.86（179/197）,89.58（172/192）.conclusion forefront Compound Mifepristone alcohol can be safe and effective for terminating early pregnancy,is effective with mifepristone use less,easy to take,less post-abortion bleeding,bleeding time is short,affordable and is worth popularization and application of basic service stations.
