职业性急性一氧化碳中度中毒诊治分析

摘　　要：目的对短时间内大量接触一氧化碳的劳动者进行职业病诊断。方法依据GBZ188-2007《职业健康监护技术规范》的有关规定,对该劳动者进行了临床检查和住院观察。结果根据住院观察结果,结合职业史、既往史,依据GBZ23-2002《职业性急性一氧化碳中毒诊断标准》诊断为职业性急性一氧化碳中度中毒。结论短时间内大量接触一氧化碳可引起急性一氧化碳中毒。Objective To carry on occupational disease diagnosis for the worker that in great quantities gets in touch with carbon monoxide in a short time.Methods According to GBZ188-2007《occupation health guardianship technical specification》of concerning stipulate,clinical check and hospitalization observation to the worker were carried on.Results According to hospitalization observation results,combine an occupation history,since go toward history,diagnose for the occupation impatient sex carbon monoxide according to the GBZ23-2002《occupation impatient sex carbon monoxide poisoning diagnosis standard》mi-degree poisoned.Conclusion To in touch with carbon monoxide in a short time in great quantities can arouse acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
