老年高血压社区中医护理干预效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区中医护理干预对老年高血压患者的效果。方法在福州市2个社区收集已确诊的老年高血压患者120例,按照收集的先后顺序,采用随机数字法分为两组。观察组60例,在常规药物治疗、社区护理基础上,进行中医养生保健等内容的健康教育及社区中医护理干预;对照组60例,采用常规药物治疗,实施常规社区护理与健康教育。两组均6个月为1个疗程,连续随访2个疗程。比较两组的疗效。结果两组血压、体质指数比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而血胆固醇、三酰甘油比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O.05）。结论社区中医护理干预有利于提高老年高血压患者的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing intervention on senile hypertension patients in community.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The experimental group received TCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine medicine treatment and community nursing,while the control group received routine medicine treatment,community nursing and health education.Six months constituted one treatment course,and the patients were constantly followed-up two courses.The effects were compared between the two groups.Results After one year,there were significant differences between the two groups on blood pressure and body mass index（BMI）（P0.05）,but there were no significant differences on serum cholesterol and triglycerides（P0.05）.Conclusion The TCM community nursing intervention can improve elderly hypertension patients＇ clinical symptoms and lower the blood pressure.
