摘　　要：根据软件的生命周期，该文分析了系统的功能需求及开发本系统所需的相关技术。通过分析得出了图书档案管理系统的功能设计和数据库设计，最终形成了基于web构建图书档案管理系统的设计方案。On the based of the life cycle of software developing, this paper analyzes the requirement analysis of this system and some related technologies for developing this system. The design of a book ＆ file management system is put forward after the analysis for the design of function and database.
