摘　　要：就如何实现银校通学生收缴费系统的设计，从银校合作现状、银校通设计目标和实现方法三方面进行研究，通过对高校财务软件和银行商用管理软件现状的分析，研究银行和学校管理软件的数据格式需求、转换和交换方式，银行和学校间的网络通讯的实现和设计方法，提出解决高校和银行间实现银校通学生收缴费系统设计的思路，以供设计需求时参考。This paper studies the Bank-College Payment System （BCPS） in three aspects： the present situation of the cooperation between banks and colleges, the research contents of BCPS and implement method. Based on the analysis of college financial software and bank management software, the research of data format requirements of college and bank management software and the design and implement mode of network communication between banks and colleges, this paper presents the design thoughts of implementing the BCPS between banks and colleges.
