下肢血管蒂皮瓣在足部软组织缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探索创伤引起的足部软组织大面积缺损及足部软组织溃疡长期不愈的修复方法。方法：用小腿内侧逆行岛状皮相转位修复足背大面积软组织缺损；足背顺行岛状皮瓣修复足附骨骨髓炎所致的皮肤溃疡；足跟外侧皮瓣转位修复足跟皮肤溃疡。结果：本组至五例，用上述三种方法覆盖全部创面，皮瓣完全成活。结论：下肢血管蒂皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损，方法简单安全，足功能恢复良好。Objectivc: Study thc rcpairing mctheds for soft tissue dcfects of foot by varics island flaps. Meth-ods: 11 cascs of soft tissue dcfccts of foot were trcatcd by 3 kinds of island flaps. According to the size of soft tissuedefects, the section and thc need of repairing character of area, the corresponding pediclod island flaps wereadopted. Rcsults: All the flaps were survived, the color and texture match of thc flaps were cxccllent.Chnclusion: These treatmcnts are simple and safety, the foot function to recovery was satisfied.
