摘  要:该研究旨在探讨SD大鼠肝移植W256肿瘤模型的磁共振影像、血管造影征象及相关病理学表现,探索影像学手段在肿瘤研究上的价值。实验采用移植W256瘤块的方法制作20只SD大鼠肝肿瘤模型,移植术后14 d磁共振(MRI)T1加权像(T1WI)、T2加权像(T2WI)、质子加权像(DWI)、增强T1加权像(CE-T1WI)、磁共振灌注成像(T2*PWI)肿瘤形态及功能特征,处死后并做微血管造影与病理组织学检查。结果:MRI检查显示大鼠肝内均可见孤立性结节状肿瘤,肿瘤平均体积为(3 288±516)mm3。病灶T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,DWI呈高信号,CE-T1WI病灶信号不均匀增强,中心有无强化区域,T2*PWI显示瘤内血供不及肝脏丰富,分布不均。微血管造影显示肿瘤供血动脉数量和形态分布异常。MRI和微血管造影与病理所见存在良好的相关性。故磁共振结合血管造影是评价肿瘤动物模型及进行肿瘤研究的理想方法。The study was to explore the characteristics of MRI imaging,microangiography features and the pathologic basis in rat liver tumor model of W256 by implantation.20 rat liver tumor models of Walker-256 were established by implantation.T1-and T2-weighted magnetic resonance(MR) images,diffusion-weighted images,and dynamic susceptibility contrast agent-enhanced perfusion-weighted images were obtained up to 14 days after tumor implantation and were compared with digital microangiograms,and histopathologic findings.Rats were sacrificed after the MRI scanning and tumor-bearing livers were excised for microangiography and histopathologic analysis.In MRI,an isolated and solitary liver tumor was found in all the animals.Tumor size was(3288±516)mm3.The tumors displayed hypointense on T1WI,hyperintense on T2WI,hyperintense on DWI,hypointense in the central necrosis region relative to peripheral hyperintense on CE-T1WI.T2PWI showed that the tumor blood vessels were less rich than normal liver tissues and unevenly distributed.The number and morphology of tumor feeding arteries were abnormal from microangiographic findings.MRI findings were correlated with microangiographic and histopathologic results.Iconography ways can be used as an ideal method for evaluating the rat liver tumor model.
