摘 要:为探讨影响气流式集中排种系统排种性能的因素,根据集中式排种器的技术要求研制了一种2BQ-10型气流一阶集排式排种系统。试验结果表明:核心部件分配器的三种设计结构中上凸盖结构最节约能量;当排种定量器转速、播量取较大值时各行排量一致性变异系数较小,反之当排种定量器转速、播量均取较小值时各行排量一致性变异系数较大;当褶皱形增压管长度由0逐渐增大时各行排量一致性变异系数先减小后增大的趋势。当排种定量器转速为38r/min,播量为277kg/hm2,褶皱形增压管长260mm时测得各行排量一致性变异系数2.75%。该设计与试验对气流式集排种系统的进一步研究打下基础。To explore the performance factors of centralized air-seed metering system,according to the technical requirements for centralized planting device,the one-step centralized 2BQ-10 type pneumatic seeding system was developed. The test results indicated that the core part divider with the convex lid structure can save more energy than other two kinds of structures. The uniform variation coefficient of each line was decreased with the increase of the rotation speed of the metering device and the seeding rate. With the length of fold-shaped pressurized tube increasing little by little from 0,the trend of variation coefficient of each line increased at initial,and then decreased. When the seed metering speed was 38 r/min,sowing rate was 277 kg/hm2,fold-shaped pressurized tube length was 260 mm,the uniform variation coefficient of each line was 2.75%. The design and experiment can provide a reference for further research of centralized type pneumatic seeding system.
