摘  要:斜井群开挖属立面交叉施工,安全隐患问题突出,合理确定风险并采取有效措施对保证其安全快速施工具有重要意义。结合斜井群施工的特点和大量专家调查,构建了3层次18因子的大断面斜井群施工风险评价指标体系,并提出了以定性排序定量转换法获取权重的改进层次分析法。向家坝大断面斜井群施工风险综合评价表明,指标体系合理,且该方法能大大降低专家打分的难度,能有效解决指标繁杂而导致一致性检验通过率低的难题。The excavation of inclined shafts belongs to elevation crossing construction,and its insidious danger is outstanding.To ensure rapid and safe construction,it is very important to take on risk reasonably and take effective measures.Based on the construction characteristics of inclined shafts and experts investigation,3-hierarchy and eighteen factors' evaluation index system of risk assessment is established and a new method,known as the improved analytic hierarchy process,is proposed.The results show that the index system is reasonable and the method is effective,which can reduce graded difficulties greatly and raise the passing ratio of consistency.
