摘　　要：鲆鲽类产业是天津市渔业的支柱产业,目前已形成较为成熟的发展模式,但近年来也出现了一些影响该产业可持续发展的问题。论文运用SWOT分析方法对天津市鲆鲽类产业发展的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁进行了分析,并采用德尔菲法对影响该产业发展的的各类因素进行了评价,认为天津市鲆鲽类产业发展应选择增长型战略,最后,论文就天津市鲆鲽类产业的可持续发展提出相应对策与建议。Flatfish industry, as one of the pillar industries of Tianjin, has achieved a mature stage in its development. However, in recent years, .some problems have turned up which impair the sustainable development of the industry. This essay will use SWOT method to evaluate the flatfish industry in Tianjin and to analyze its internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats; based on the evaluation of those elements influencing flatfish industry development, using the Delphi Method, the author takes the SO-strategy as the best choice for the flatfish industry in Tianjin; this essay also provides some recommendations to the longevity of the flatfish industry.
