摘  要:对用于催化精馏过程的垂直筛板塔催化剂筐式散装结构进行了实验室放大研究。该结构的特点是在垂直筛板的帽罩周围以筐式结构堆放催化剂,以使从帽罩开孔处喷出的气液混合物与催化剂得以充分接触,进而提高反应效率。用空气-水体系,在φ80 mm塔板上安装三个开孔孔径2.5 mm或3.0 mm帽罩的冷模塔中对该结构的流体力学性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,垂直筛板塔多帽罩催化剂筐式散装结构满足三相催化精馏的反应要求,可用于催化精馏加氢脱硫的热模放大实验。Based on the vertical sieve tray, a novel catalyst basket bulk packing structure for catalytic distillation was developed and used for scale-up experiment. This structure features that the catalysts are bulk packed around the cap cover of the VST, so that the catalysts can have a sufficient contact with the gas-liquid mixture sprayed though the holes on the cover wall in the basket to improve the catalytic reaction. The hydrodynamic performance of the structure were investigated in a Ф80 mm cold-run column installed with three cap covers with holes of 2.Smm or 3.0mm using air-water as experimental medium. The result shows that, the scale-up structure can meet the requirements of three-phase catalytic distillation and can be used for hot-run scale-up tests for hydrodesulfurization with catalytic distillation.
