摘  要:针对非芳烃精制催化剂使用寿命短的问题,分析认为催化剂积炭是催化剂失活的主要因素。在分析影响催化剂积炭因素的基础上,通过采取以下措施:(1)调整反应器人口温度;(2)完善原料脱水措施。使串联反应器温升合理分布,改变了非芳烃精制反应集中在第一反应器的工况;避免了环丁砜在高温中分解产生聚合物的风险,降低了催化剂结焦速度,延长了精制催化剂的使用寿命。The analysis of the shortened service life of non-aromatics hydrotreating catalysts concluded that the main culprit of catalyst deactivation was coke deposit on the catalysts. The following countermeasures have been taken on the basis of study on the factors affecting the coke on the catalysts: (1) the inlet tempera- ture of reactor was adjusted; (2) feedstock dehydration was improved. In addition, the appropriate distribution of reactor temperature rise has changed the situation that the hydrotreating reaction mainly took place in the first reactor and eliminated the risk that the sulfolaue decomposed into polymers in high temperature. As the result, the coking speed of catalyst was reduced and service life of the catalyst was extended.
